Whenever you make an advanced* room reservation directly with us, either through one of our websites, our UK Reservations team or with our hotels, we guarantee that you will receive the lowest rate possible.

If you find a lower publicly available rate for the equivalent stay on a competing website, prior to, or within 24 hours of booking, simply submit a Best Rate Guarantee Claim to us and we will honour that lower rate, with an extra 10% off!

Reserving on our site is quick and easy and there are no hidden fees. If you have any questions, our customer service staff will be more than happy to provide assistance.
